Jennifer Waltz Director of Operations
In her role as Director of Operations, Jen oversees the day-to-day operations of Chase Park and manages the team of grant professionals, and leads the company's Research and Development Department. Jen also trains emerging grant professionals about grant-seeking strategies for capital improvement and infrastructure projects.
Kevin Eatherly Grant Strategist
Kevin brings more than 15 years of experience in professional public and private project management. He actively promotes water conservation and purification in arid regions. In his role at Chase Park, Kevin works with public and private customers to help design fundable projects.
Rachel Hood Grant Strategist
Rachel has 15 years of experience managing teams and building public-private partnerships. Most recently, she helped secure millions in federal, state, and private funding to implement cutting-edge climate solutions in Western Michigan and the Pacific Northwest.
In her role at Chase Park, Rachel serves as a subject matter expert on renewable energy, energy-water nexus, and environmental education topics.
Cheryl Kester, MPA Project Manager
Cheryl is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and grant development professional with more than 18 years experience securing funding for non-profit organizations, higher education, and municipal and county governments. Cheryl is a nationwide speaker and trainer, and often serves as grant reviewer for federal grants.
In her role at Chase Park, Cheryl serves as a Project Manager, and a subject matter expert for federal grant pursuits. Cheryl is also owner and lead consultant at The Kester Group.
